Broker Team leader

A top dollar producer since beginning her residential real estate career in 2013, Kristen is known for her responsiveness, competence and diligence. This work ethic has ultimately led her earning the Choice award for Greensboro’s Favorite Realtor by Triad Mom’s on Main for 2016, 2017 & 2018. She is known for her use of the latest technology and cutting edge marketing tactics for creating maximum exposure for the homes she markets.  As a native of Greensboro she knows every nook and cranny of this city therefore, a good portion of her business is focused on relocations. She works with a number of companies on relocation tours and their new hire’s homes searches. As a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Kristen has an additional level of understanding of what it takes to market, sell, negotiate, and purchase high-end properties.

Kristen graduated from North Carolina State University in 2006 and was fortunate to be chosen for the Leadership Development Program at BB&T where she spent the next six years. A city native, Kristen was inducted into the NC State University chapter of Omicron Delta Epsilon Economics Honor Society, which then led her to the Leadership Development Program with BB&T. With the bank, she served as project manager developing sales and marketing tools before moving into real estate, and gained excellent communication skills while managing a portfolio of nearly $1 billion in loan exposure (not to mention skills in juggling deadlines, renewals and other client expectations!)

She and her husband Jimmy, a real estate attorney, have three girls, Alice, Olivia, and Hadley. They enjoy playing tennis, golf, skiing, fishing, cooking, and spending time on Bald Head Island.

A true southerner, Lori Richardson was raised in Roanoke, Virginia and earned her BA in history from the University of Virginia and Master of arts and teaching from Hollins University. It’s no surprise, then, that she and her husband, Tyler, chose the south to raise their three young children. In Greensboro, Lori has found the perfect charm of a welcoming southern city with a variety of opportunities for her and her family.

Lori’s passion for Greensboro has evolved into extensive volunteering and board service for organizations that are dedicated to helping the community, like Red Dog Farm and the Greensboro Children’s Museum. Her genuine care for others is what led her to enter the real estate profession. She looks forward to helping her clients find their dream home so that they too can feel the welcoming charm of our community.

A teacher for the past 20 years, Lindsey Whitlatch has a natural inclination to listen. Lindsey has taught at many of the top-ranked private schools in Greensboro, including kindergarten at Canterbury School, pre-school at Holy Trinity Day School and tutoring at Greensboro Day School.

“I have truly enjoyed making connections with all the families whom I have met in my classroom and I think my ability to really listen to what people are saying will be a natural fit in real estate,” Lindsey says. “If you take the time to get to know your clients, you can help them with more than just buying a house… you can help them establish life-long roots in their neighborhood and community.”

Raised in Winston-Salem, Lindsey earned her undergraduate degree at UNC Chapel Hill and her Master’s in Education at UNC Greensboro in 1996. As well as being a REALTOR©, she serves as a youth advisor for the middle and high school Holy Trinity youth groups and she has helped build houses for impoverished families in Madison County, N.C.

“I look forward to continuing to connect with families throughout the surrounding community,” Lindsey adds. “My passion for listening to and helping others will make me a strong advocate for both buyers and sellers in this competitive market.”
